The real estate market in Manasquan has been slower than last year.
In 2009 Manasquan saw unit sales decline with 68 single family homes sold compared to 85 in 2008. The average sale price in Manasquan was $655,000. So Far in 2010 we are seeing slower unit sales running about even with 54 homes sold or under contract through October. As of October there were 95 homes for sale in Manasquan ranging from $359,000 to $2,999,000 compared with 70 homes on the market in October 2009.
