Spring Lake is a town that brings many visitors to the Jersey Shore every summer. It remains one of the most favored destinations along the Shore. There are so many things to occupy your time in Spring Lake, including a day at the beach, bike riding or walking around Spring Lake, the lake which the town was named for, or shopping down Third Ave.

All year round, Spring Lake’s various Bed and Breakfast Inns provide value for tourists. When Memorial Day comes around, Spring Lake hosts a 5 mile run, which has grown to be one of the largest on New Jersey.

The real estate market in Spring Lake is more resilient than most New Jersey markets with prices holding and sales moving at a good pace.

In 2009 Spring Lake saw sales come back from it's lows and ended with a respectable  very good year with 58 single family homes sold. The average sale price for homes in Spring Lake was $1,646,000. So far in 2010 we are seeing unit sales up with 39 homes sold through August compared to 29 closed sales for the same period last year. As of September there were 77 homes on the market in Spring Lake ranging from $549,900 to $,499,000 compared to last year's 66 homes on the market in September.
