Greg is a life-long resident of the Jersey Shore: born & raised in Spring Lake, attended Wall Township schools, lived in downtown Manasquan, & currently lives in Point Pleasant. He managed his brother's firm, Christopher Rice Architecture, for over 5 years before joining the team of Ocean Pointe, Realtors. Therefore, he has not only developed relationships with the area's builders, municipal officials, attorneys, & fellow Realtors, but also is knowledgable in land use, construction & zoning. Having sold approximately $15 million over the past 2 years alone, Greg received Ocean Pointe Realtors' "Salesperson of the Year Award" for the most sales in the office for both 2008 and 2009. He is also one of only 14 agents among Southern Monmouth County's 700 agents to receive the 2009 New Jersey Association of Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®!
